RoamFu is software for the hobby of roaming: finding places on foot. This page says, in plain words, what the app knows about you, why, how long it keeps it, and how you delete it.

What we collect

What we never do

Who else sees your data

The app runs on Vercel and stores data with Supabase. Map tiles and address lookups come from OpenStreetMap services; those requests carry a coin's position, never yours. Notes are checked by an AI classifier (Anthropic) before they are shown and may be reviewed by a human moderator; photos get only an automated check for illegal content and are never seen by a moderator.

How long we keep it

Records of play (coins, finds, logbook entries, promotions) are kept for as long as the game runs, because they are part of other members' collections too. Your email and sign-in data are kept while you have an account.

Deleting your account

Settings has a “Delete my account” button. Deletion removes the person, not the play: your email, sign-in, region, notifications, profile page, photos and Coin Case go at once, and your coins leave the map so nobody can find them again. Your username and your logbook notes stay on the coins you struck and the logs you signed, because they are part of other members' Cases and of the shared record, and the username is never given to anyone else.

Age

RoamFu is for members aged 16 and over. You confirm this when you join.
